Cannot Edit Lines on the Game Strategy Screen

I can't edit the lines on the game stratgey screen, nor can I change my starting GK. I can't change lines or goalies in-game, either.

What's the deal?

Are you playing in GM-only mode (i.e., your team has a head coach)? If so, you won't be able to change the lines, that's up to your coach.

I am, but this is happening with my national team.
