Personnel Filter...Am I Doing Something Wrong?

First time trying a save this year and I am trying to filter for my scouting position but filtering by Amateur Preference shows 0.

I can filter by Age at least. Is this a known bug or am I just messing this up somehow?

I have mentioned this issue 2 or 3 days after release-day.
It appears to be still not fixed...

Filtering Personnel by League Level also generates 0 rows.
