21 backgrounds

Greetings - is it possible to locate the folder where the generic ootp 21 background files are on your local system? The backgrounds file is empty in the customizable settings. OOTP 22 backgrounds just are too bright for me. Thanks.

These will be found in the three different skins folders, in the images and style_sets folders...
