Claim Player - no message and no claim?

Sometimes when I claim a player of waivers, the screen just kind of flashes but the claim is not placed.

Other times, it flashes and I see my team's initials there, showing I've claimed the player.

Is there a popup of some sort that's missing to tell me a claim was denied? I get nothing, not even a message in my mail, to tell me what happened. Seems I remember a pop-up from 21.

Is this the way it's supposed to be or a glitch?

I have seen this happen and when I look into it it looks like the player was placed on revocable waivers with "recall if claim" selected so the player is pulled from waivers. A pop up would be nice in the situation. Also I don't really understand when revocable waivers are used as opposed to irrevocable.

Only let you claim minor league guys. I’ve come to realize that.

Can also confirm this. Just happened in an online 22 league.

Claimed player from waiver wire.
Quick flash (assume it's the standard "message").
Otherwise no hint of anything happening.

Returned to the waiver wire and, in the VIEW I have setup, noticed I am the claiming team.

Maybe the timing of the message needs to be extended just a bit?
