Bullpen Issues driving me insane for 3 years

Guys, I love your game. I really do. Enough already. It's been three seasons and my bullpen still won't load correctly. I change it, submit it, and and still constantly have a reliever unassigned. Three years now and the same thing. Have to reassign everyone every few days. I'm using the "assign bullpen" option. make changes and they never take effect. Ever.
