Available Teams:
Detroit Tigers - Solid team, just missed their 5th straight playoff appearance. They're a little tight on money right now, but some solid budgeting could free up some money. Their farm ranks 21st in the league, with a couple decent prospects in it. Their best player is CF Mike Percival, who is among the Top 5 in the entire league.

Texas Rangers - Talented team playing in a tough division. With a guiding hand they should be able to make some noise. They have plenty of budget room ($48M) and the 23rd ranked farm system, headlined by SP Jonathon Sims
