A search is yielding nothing... Has this been removed?

I asked the same question a while ago and was informed that it exists only in online leagues. I'm used to seeing it there and wonder why it isn't also available to solo players.

Yeah, I use it in online leagues and had never realized it wasn't there when I was solo. Odd.
