Can't trade draft picks in standard game but can in historical

Can't trade draft picks in standard game but can in historical. This is after the second patch. I set the the draft in standard game but it did not make a difference. I checked the right boxes to trade draft picks.

This is because the draft order is already set to the real order in MLB in the first season of the quickstart. In later seasons you'll be able to trade picks again.
