Forum Link In-Game Needs To Be Updated

This is not a bug however, I wanted to let OOTPD know that, on the home page of OOTP22, at the very bottom of the page, it advertises "OOTP Forums".

If you click on this, it takes you to OOTP 21 - General Discussions.

It should take you to OOTP22 forums, not OOTP21 forums.
