Can you force a player to be 2-way?

So another team has a player who has a fantastic hitting career ahead of him but also has some pretty decent pitching stats. For some reason, despite pitching in the minors, once he got called up to play in the majors this year he hasn't pitched once. This won't help my game at all, but I'd like to force him to pitch as well and see how his career develops. Is that possible?

I found out that if you change his position to pitcher he'll move down to the minors for a game before moving back up. That's about all I've gotten so far though.

There's a check box somewhere use as a two way but I don't recall where it is. Someone in the player's pages. Also two way has to be enable in league settings.

I don't know what settings allow it but whatever I do allows the game to appoint players as two way. I've had some good hitting pitchers designated by the game as two way and used as PHs.

Right click on player name then "set game strategy". Bottom right screen, scroll down.
