What EXACTLY are "historical cards" ? Are they all non-live cards?

Not exactly true...it may be true for 22 at the moment. However, things like player of the month cards are non-live yet not historical either.

There are no historical cards that are live cards, so yes it is exactly true. The question was whether all historical cards were non live, not whether all non live cards were historical
