Card continually reverts back to inactive

https://imgur.com/whzcl3qI purchased a card a couple days ago at auction ( CF Happy Felsh), activated the card, and moved it into my starting lineup then hit submit.

I logged in the next morning to find it back in the inactive list. I did it again today and it is still reverting back to inactive after I submit the team. I have relaunched the game and manually put him back in to try and fix it but I just had another sim happen where he's refusing to go on the roster.

This is regular season Iron League, not a tourney he's not qualified for or something like that.

I just rebooted again and this is the error I got.

One thing you can do is go into the troubleshooting menu and try clearing your card cache. And then activating him and submitting again. That may fix it.
