Resolution issues on Mac

Hello. So kind of a weird one here. I'm on a Macbook Pro, please see attached for specs, and I'm trying to play OOTP on an external monitor. The resolution is too large, and I can't seem to be able to change it. The funny thing is, I also have v21 on this same laptop, and it looks fine.

The resolution in v21 is set to 1920x1027, though I didn't set that; it just figured it out itself. The v22 resolution is at 1440x799 (again, that's just what it decided on), but when I try to change it to the same as v21, it just reverts back to 1440x799.

On the actual laptop screen, both look fine (though v22 has other problems there that v21 doesn't, which I'll put in a separate message.)

I'm not sure if it matters, but there's also one other difference between the two versions: I bought v21, the one that works, on Steam, but bought v22 direct through your site.

Another resolution issue is happening on my actual laptop screen, and again, it's not happening in v21.

When I'm in a game, I don't see most of the player labels. I only see the leftfielder right on homeplate. Please see screenshots comparing v21 and v22.

I have also not touched any of the settings wrt label locations, or anything like that. They are currently set to "Automatic".

And if that doesn't resolve your issues completely we are looking into a full fix regarding why Mac users are seeing that. So we are looking into more permanent fixes regarding that issue.

I'm having a weird issue with this. The option to launch in low resolution isn't there for me. Same with OOTP 21. All my other apps have the option for low resolution. Any idea what's going on? I bought it on Steam if that's any help.

EDIT: Never mind. Should've looked at the known issues thread first. Disregard, it's fixed!

Can you point to the fix you found? I don’t see the Low Resolution option either.

I found this fix on Reddit and it works for me:

It works for a day or two but after that it reverts back and you have to do it all again. There should have been an official fix for this. I have a brand new MacBook to play this game and the game is not playable because of this. OOTP 21 runs perfectly fine though. I won't be getting OOTP 23 unfortunately, if it's still an issue.
