Future Draft Pools

How do I set up the ability to see future draft classes? I couldn't figure it out on last years version either.

I haven't played this years version. In last years you would go to the draft pool screen and on the far right there is a drop down button that lets you select the year

Edit-At the top far right.

Yea, I see that but theres never any data there. I can't see any players that are actually in the future draft classes.
