Personnel - Amateur Preferences filter not working

Hey,

When I search for a scout and set a filter for amateur preferences (like favor tools or highly favor tools), both personnel tabs (all personnel as well as free agent personell) are just blank. No scout is shown on either of these tabs.
When I remove this filter all correpsonding scouts are shown.
I didn't check this issue for other filters.
