Decline Team Option in middle of season.

Hello,

First, I want to thank the team for another great game. It's amazing how blown away we are each year by it.

I was going to pass along a suggestion to allow a team to decline an upcoming team option mid-season rather than waiting until the end of the year. This is a problem as the owner always assumes that I am going to accept that option (which at times hinders me from being able to resign someone else as they don't think I have the budget room). It would be an excellent feature to be able to decline a team option at any given time, essentially telling the player that they wouldn't be returning after the season was over.
