Staff Feuding

Has anyone figured out how to best set up their staff to prevent this?

On each coach page there is a section that tells you what type of personality they work well with and which they struggle with. I'd guess the personalities don't match.

the "works well with" section in the staff roles screen you need to pay attention to for coaching cohesion. At a glance it's a bit more simplistic than I had hoped, but something to build off of in newer versions.

I'd like to know where the scouting report/database for real coaches/managers is on which this is all based.
