Large Amount of Grey Screen on Ingame UI

After loading into my Opening Day game, the screen has a ton of grey and the field is only on a relatively small portion of the field. Have not re-sized the window since entering the in-game UI (which I know caused similar issues in the past).

Are you guys on Macs?

The first thing to try would be to update your video card drivers. If that doesn't work, we could use some more info.

What are your system specs?

And also, what resolution are you playing the game in?

Also, is the game in windowed or full-screen mode (or does the same happen in both)?

I'm on windows - seems to stick no matter the resolution I run it at. Is it maybe windowed mode specific? Haven't tried full screen, but I usually run ootp windowed.

Edit - saw in another thread that restarting the game after changing resolution helped. Seems to have worked for me.

If that happened after you moved the screen or resized it in the 3D environment that can happen. Once you start up the 3D Model screens the game has to lock to whatever resolution it is currently at. So if you started a game and then changed monitors to the 1440 that would be the reason it did that. Restarting the 3D environment or OOTP itself should resolve that. Let me know if that doesn't.

Well, I closed the game and reopened and when I went to play the next game it was fine. No gray space.

Hi Alex,

I am on Windows 10. Closing and restarting the game did fix most of the issue, but there is still a little bit of grey around the outside - I've attached a new screenshot. Game is in windowed mode, and no change to resolution or size of window between when I open the program and going into an MLB game.

Had the same issue. Set the display to 1920 x 1080, closed the game, restarted, issue resolved.

I'm also getting the grey bars. Oddly enough, they weren't there the first game I played. When I went to play my second game, all my widgets were reset and now I have the grey bars. I've tried all the fixes in this thread, but none work.

I’m running windowed, maximized on a 1080p screen. When I’m not maximized, the grey bars are absent.
