Few goals from D

I feel like there should be more goals from defencemen in the 2D engine.
D.Toews 2 goals
S.Girard 2 goals
C.Makar 1 goal
R.Graves 1 goal
G.Pateryn 1 goal
This was in one entire year.

There should be more goals. Makar had 12 goals last season irl for an example.

Looking at my last few full-season tests, the goal leaders for defencemen are pretty much in the right range, a leader in the low 20's and the rest of the top 10 in the teens. Might be slightly low after than, but not by more than about half a goal or so for the average defenceman. Makar had 14 goals in the one I just checked, so if he's getting significantly less than that in another game, that's either extremely bad luck or a team that's using him in a way that's not going to get him as many goals.

Okay did you do any changes to his individual tactics? I have simmed every game in the 2D engine and my defencemen gets 2 goals at max per season.

In my saves I have noticed a certain draught from Ds, not as dramatic as the OP, but still not so many goals from the blue line. To me it seems that the cause lies in the fact that most of the action excludes the defense, with only forwards trying to play the puck while defensemen have their change on the bench...I'm sure this aspect will be looked at and the lack of goals from defensemen ironed out
