Roster age updating (Senior Baseball League)

Looking for some help on a idea. I'm wanting to create a fictional Senior Baseball League (players over 40). I have started the league and updated the minimum player age and saved the game. But the players are still at the "regular" ages (ages 19 - 38 on average). Not sure what to do...

There's another option under the "Players" tab that says something like "Created player minimum/maximum age." You have to set both and then it should work
