How do get 1-100 ratings on World Series replays

When I go to "Historical Replay" to replay a world series of any year, the ratings are always 20-80 in 5 value increments. There is no setting for this that I can find. All the other leagues I make I set to 1-100. How do I get 1-100 on these world series replays?

Once you create the World Series, you can exit the Exhibition mode by going to the OOTP Start Screen. You should then be able to reload the World Series (called Historical Exhibition) using the Load League option. (Before you do that, you could rename it, if you wish.) Once you reload the World Series, you'll have access to the regular OOTP options. I can't remember if there's a downside, however. Might be. I haven't tried it in quite a while.

I just tried it. When you reload the "Historical Exhibition" from the OOTP start screen, you'll want to choose "no" when you're presented with a "yes or no" popup message. You'll see the regular OOTP options, though it may look strange because it's a two-team league. Go to the Playoff Coverage option in the League menu. This will take you to the familiar Playoff screen.
