Why Do I Not See Team Chemistry Tab?

I am in an online league and all of my guys have morale ratings of either angry or very unhappy. My team, which has legit Hall of Famers and two top 20 all-time major leaguers, is struggling along around .500. The two teams in the league who win year after year have all their guys with morale of either great or very good.

I'm trying to figure out how to improve morale on my team, maybe switching out some active roster guys for reserve roster guys, but when I went to see the Team Chemistry tab, it's not even there! Totally missing!

I have leagues that I manage on my own for fun and all those teams have the Team Chemistry tab available.

Is it a common feature of online leagues to prevent managers from seeing a Team Chemistry tab? If so, what would the commissioner have done to block us managers from accessing it?
