Excited
I enjoyed the trailer.
My favorite was seeing the new Tab like interface. Definitely makes it cleaner. The coaching system change could be nice. I'm hoping it is more then just more situational options for in the actual game. I hoping it can be used to help your players focus on improving certain areas of their game. |

We have dramatically upgraded the coaching systems! For the first time ever, employ a first base and third base coach, have specialists teach players and prospects specific skills, hire coaches away from other teams, align your coaching staff to maximize their talents to apply to your players, and more. It's a fantastic new addition to running a team that you'll love - and wonder how you lived without! Above is from the email announcement. I just preordered! I'm so glad to see the coaching system go through a complete transformation. I hated when Major League managers were fired and the computer AI would hire someone with no experience. I always thought it would be great if you could hire from another team - bench coach for example or a AAA manager. Graphics look amazing. I love this game!

Why no mention of online play? Such a unique experience should be highlighted and supported more.

Very excited about the coaching staff overhaul, I've been clamoring for this for a while.
It's important enough to me that, every season after the World Series, I (in commish mode) go into EVERY MLB team's staff page and fire all minor league coaches whose contracts are expiring, to at least give them a chance to move up. It's imperfect and a very laborious task but it's a top priority for me. Hoping I can finally stop having to do that and that coaching hires will now work in a reasonably realistic manner. |

Really excited about the new coaching system. I have been hoping for years that the coaching system would get some attention. This alone would induce me into purchasing 22.

New Coaching sounds good on the surface. Anxious to hear more about it during future RTR broadcasts.
Have to say the improvements to the Ballpark Designer look nice as well. Last edited by Bluenoser; 03-05-2021 at 02:08 PM. |

stadiums
The stadiums look like a big improvement over last year's versions. More detail, more realistic!
