In game set up

I had to reload the game. But I am having trouble with the scoreboard on top of the screen is only showing R H E how do I get to see innings? Or is that a Windows scaling issue?

Yea, display has to be above a certain resolution. Don't remember the details but try a higher resolution. 1920x1080 works for me.

Before starting a game. I play them put. How can I adjust options such as the warm-up rule? I can't change it once the game has started?
