Re-installing ootp 21

Purchased ootp21 in March last year. Due to my own error I had to reformat my hard drive. I'm wanting to install the game on a different PC now but the only options I can see are to repurchase the game. I've got the license key no problem. Do I really have to repurchase? Quite frustrating.

Similar issue, just enter license number (cut & Paste.) Bottom of start page go to settings then license tab.

I didn't see a response...was there are resolution? I am in the same situation where I had to delete the software on my computer, but I unregistered it first and I have my license number.
Where do I go to download OOTO Baseball 21?

If you have the email with the provided key, there is a link to download the setup file for OOTP 21.

Hopefully you saved or backed up your emails If not, well ...

Download page is here:

As of this post, OOTP 21 setup is on this page. Not sure how long before the links switch to OOTP 22.

You can open a support ticket, but each license comes with two installs. Did you use both? It would be nice if "How to Open a Support Ticket" were stickied somewhere because I can't recall how to do it exactly.
