Coaching System

When a player retires and you want to make him a coach, it automatically defaults to bench coach. Would be nice if you could make a former pitcher a pitching coach, or those interested in managing that opportunity.

Also when a manager is fired, instead of hiring an unknown, it would be nice if they added some interview process, where you could get permission to talk to other team's bench coaches or managers in the minors for a ML managing opportunity. Bottom line, the coaching system is in dire need of improvement.
