OOTP5 Cherry Wood Skin v2.0 (BETA)

This add-on Skin alters several elements of the game's graphical user interface. It is based off of the Wood Cherry Skin
originally released by the developers. My goal was to attempt a better coordination among the main color themes presented
in the original version as well as to clean up some of the graphics in regards to rounded edges. Top priority was given
to creating a crisp overall theme to an already popular modification for OOTP5.

Installation

An uninstall feature is not included for this Skin. It is strongly recommended that you backup your existing ../Graphics
folder should you wish to revert to the game's default interface scheme. The simplest way to accomplish a successful backup
is to make a copy of the original Graphics folder in a secure location. The additional Skin (.skn) folders within the
Graphics folder may be skipped during backup in order to save hard drive space.

1) Backup Your Existing Files!

2) Right Click the Cherry20.zip file and select Extract All.

3) Choose the Graphics directory the simulation was installed to and select Next to continue.

Note: Default Graphics Installation Directory = c:\Program Files\OOTP5\Graphics

4) If prompted to overwrite files choose Yes for each individual file or Yes To All for a quicker transfer.

5) Once completed select Finish and run the simulation as usual. Navigate the File menu and select the Game Setup option.

6) From the Game Setup options screen choose Select Skin and pick the Cherry v2.0.skn option from the list and then OK.

NOTE: The defaultphoto-01.bmp and the radio-01.bmp are extras that can be renamed to replace the others supplied.

This Skin is mostly a set of graphics that have been compiled from across the Internet and altered to fit together into
a common look and feel. Only some of the artwork is original and I take little credit for having created any substantial
portion of it. If you find that your work is being included in this Skin and would like to be given credit or
would prefer that it was removed, please contact me so that it may be arranged accordingly.

In game screen shots available upon request. They are best viewed in full screen 1024x768 mode in order to reduce any distortion that may occur at lower levels and smaller sizes.

Thanks for the initial positive feedback. If enough people speak up then I will do the same thing for the Wood Maple Skin to even things out.

hmm, i get 'Unexpected End of Archive' after d/ling it.Any ideas? Tried re-d/ling it, but no dice.

I would have no idea about that type of error however I did just download the zip file and extracted from it without any problems. To be sure, I replaced the zip file with a new one that was just created and tested that as well. Everything worked out ok.

One suggestions might be to restart your computer and try to download the new file.

Would'nt open for me either. I noticed during d/l, the filesize was like 1.5 meg but completed at 900 or so kb.

I will try again.
