How to use the Twitter shortcut on OOTP21 news articles

Every time I click the Twitter icon to publish my news articles it tells me I'm not logged into Twitter? I cannot find the location to log OOTP21 into Twitter.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's on the manager options screen right under the profile details (name etc.)
