My Suggestions for OOTP 22

I have a few suggestions that I think would be good for the game

1. Add the Constellation Energy League
This would be huge because the league would bring a more diverse experience

2. Add the China National Baseball League
This is a league we're missing and I really want to play as the Jiangsu Huge Horses

3. Add seasonal leagues (Dominican Winter, Venezuelan Winter, etc.)
I can see where this would be challenging, but it would be really cool to have

4. Easier player customization
Player customization in the game isn't the easiest. If you want to create a player, you have to go to free agency, find the create player button, search up the created player, and edit the player. It would be handier if you could give the details of the player before creation.
