Custom League / Foreign limit / Player nationality vs spoken language

So there is still same bug that was in FHM6 where in custom league players nationality and spoken language does not match.

So if you do steps like this
1. Create Custom League (Fictional)
2. Uncheck "Use Initial Draft"
3. Make example 8 teams. Example one from Usa, one from Canada, one from Finland, one from Czech, one from Russia, one from Sweden, One from Slovakia, one from Switzerland
4. Draft nationality; Press reset for both
5. Put foreigner limit = 2
6. Start Game
7. Now go watch some players. Picture's of some players below. Those are just some examples. There are a lot players where nationality and language does not match.

Maybe your code is first creating players. After that it's checking foreign limit and after that assigning nationalities because that is only one what is not matching?

Also one bug:
Is it possible to change; Finland -> Liiga -> Vaasan Sport ; players learning language to Finnish. Now they learn how to speak Swedish.
In real life here in Vaasa about 70% speak Finnish and about 30% Swedish. Plus Vaasa is country in FInland not in Sweden. Yes I'm from Vaasa and this thing is very annoying to me. Example after 30 years I know only swedish basics what I learnt from school.

Also in league making I can:
1. Put Games Per Team = 84 but inside the game and league rules is limited to 82.
2. I can make 90 teams league but inside the game I can expand only to 60 teams.
3. When putting foreigner limit it somehow not count everytime. But I can change it back in the game. Don't know if I just forgot to put it to 2 in couple leagues. Otherwise it's resetted to 99.
4. When putting contract max limit then minimum = 50 but in the game its 35
5. Is it possible to get setting where I can choose minimum age of players that can play in the league?
6. Is it possible to disable draft?

We'll check the language mismatch issue, I think you're right about it being related to the foreign player limit because it doesn't seem to happen with that off.

Languages are set at the provincial/state/regional level and use the majority language there. It's not possible to specify them at the city level.

It's still feel little bit stupid to have player from Finland whose playing highest league of Finland and in national team of Finland but can't speak Finnish and feel isolated. If I don't have any other player from Sweden or from Ostrobothnia Finland or some player that speaks Swedish.
