Can't Trade for 1st Round Picks in the OHL

Hey I don't keep up much with the rules in the Major Juniors but I was wondering if there was a rule in the OHL that 1st round picks can't be traded as I have game with the Barrie Colts and when i try to obtain a second 1st Round pick the highest pick I can trade for is the teams 2nd round and this happens throughout the year not just draft day.

Yes, they can't be traded.

There is a setting you can change that, however IRL you cannot trade them.

Go to League edit screen and you'll see the setting
