New League (vMLB) needs a Reds GM

We are starting with the 2020 shortened 60-game season, The draft just finished and we will start opening day this Friday at 10AM EST. The only team that is open in the Reds. ACTIVE GMS ONLY. If you are inactive and failing to export with no explanation, you will be immediately replaced.

Sim Schedule:
- Our sim schedule is not finalized yet but, its likely 3 or 4 days a week, 7 days per sim
-The Real Time Sim Broadcast feature will be used each sim day, so our GMs are able to follow how their teams do throughout the day

League Rules:
-Overall and Potential Rating (20-80 scale)
-Individual Attributes Ratings (1-20) scale
-Scouts are on
-Normal Scouting Accuracy
-Active Roster: 26 (28 in September)- Currently a vote is being held to potentially increase roster expansion to 30
-The league voted to continue to have an universal DH

Trade Rules:
- Draft Picks CANNOT be traded
- When a trade is agreed upon, both GMs will message the commish of the trade and the commish will take it to the trade the committee.
- The Trade committee will consists of 3 GMs of the league and the commish. The trade will go through if there is a 3-1 or better vote. If any of the trades involve someone in the committee, the others in the committee must have an 3-0 vote for the trade to process.
- Salary retainment is allowed

Contract Rules:
-There is no restrictions on MAJOR LEAGUE extensions
- No minor league extensions are allowed (once a player is in the minors for six years and is not on the 40-man Roster, he will become a free agent, you have the right to offer a contract to that player once he hits free agency)
- Rule V draft will consist of one round, there will be an age restriction however, the Rule V is short due the fact that minor league extensions are prohibited.
