Setting up a league tournament

Hello all
I tried to set up an annual tournament, between clubs in the same league.
The League is 2 leagues, each with 14 teams in 1 division.
First year it works well. In the 2nd year - problems start; latest problem - when I change the groupings, the leaderboard of one of the leagues is missing all the stats. It's as if all the teams' stats were reset to 0.
Adding a screenshot from Game Settings. And from League Structure, where there is no way to shuffle the teams (if I so choose).
Anyone has any ideas?

not sure the exact problem, but oftentimes there will be bugs once the teams are labelled as (CUP) and not as (CZ Extraliga) teams. not sure exactly how to fix it, sometimes just deleting teams and adding again works somehow. but this has been a bug for years and has never been fixed.
