Minor suggestion for next update

Hello there. In the League edit mode, I noticed its possible to move teams from one division/conference to another, but its limited to just the same league. Would it be possible to be able to transfer teams (players, staff, financials, ect.) from one league to another?

For example. I want to move a few teams from the FPHL to the SPHL. Maybe It would be cool to even up the ECHL. Turn that into a 32 team league (every team affiliated). Teams do change leagues occasionally. The Avalanche bought the ECHL Colorado Eagles a couple years ago and moved them to the AHL

Hopefully this would be a fairly easy change for a future update.

EDIT: Another thing that would be handy would being to have the option when creating new teams to not have the staff list autofilled with fictional coaches and scouts. And one more. Would it be hard to add a feature like OOTP baseball where you can ANY retired player to the staff list and be able to hire him as a GM, coach or scout?
