ERA of traded pitcher in box score

I am doubting myself once more, but ... wasn't it always so that the ERA for a player given in a game's box score was for the entire season, and not just his ERA with his new team?

When was that changed?

You are correct. The only time it wouldn't be season ERA is if the player changed leagues. It doesn't appear that's the case in your screenshot (unless you realigned leagues and the Mets and Giants are no longer both in the NL).

Yeah, I'm playing 62 as well and the Cardinals made a deal with the Mets for Richie Ashburn. The boxscores are displaying his stats with the Cardinals since the trade.
