Im playing a CHL dynasty. I was wondering Jeff or anyone if you had advice for how many players to have added to your watch list. is 25 too many?

In the CHL games that i've played so far I have had hundreds of players on my watchlist and had no issue with them all being scouted. However, sometimes you have to change the region priorities especially when it comes to the CHL draft or if your a WHL team rotate the provinces or states around every few months.

Yeah, 25 is no trouble at all, the scouts will go through that in a matter of days.
