Junior Teams

If I create a custom league with 16 teams and 16 minor league teams, is there a recommended amount of Junior teams to have? I assume if you don't have enough, the game will generate players for the draft the way OOTP works with feeder leagues, but I would rather not have that happen

Somewhere between a 1:1 and 1:2 ratio with the top league general works best, so 16-32.
