With the new patch there is an import and export function when you go into the league set-up / edit ballpark screen. Theoretically, you could make a league simply to use as a utility that has the Park and Parkconfig files from my website. You would then be able to export a stadium from this league and import it into the league you were playing. I said theoretically, because every time I've tried this, OOTP crashes. It is supposed to place the ballpark file in the Expimp file. I've checked - it never shows up.

The best thing to do currently would to still set up a utility league and just use it to view the ballpark data. Maybe do a screen capture and print it. Then, in the league you want to play, create a new stadium and edit it using the figures from your screen capture and associating it to the proper .bmp file.
