Start standard game with a draft?

For a standard game, is there any way to start with a draft of all current players (for the NHL or any league)?

All current players would be removed from their current teams and be put into a draft pool and then in a draft each team could pick up a player from the pool until all positions are filled on each NHL team?

Not a standard game, but you can start a custom game with the NHL in it and begin it with an initial draft of all the players.

Thanks though when I start a Custom game with the 'NHL,AHL, CHL' option the players are real names/attributes, not fictional players.
When I start a custom game with 'add a fictional league', with a NHL-type structure, the teams are not NHL teams.

Yeah, I just checked on that a little while ago and something's wrong, the fictional league should have the real NHL setup as an option, I think that was accidentally removed when they changed the first custom startup screen. We'll get that added back.
