Not enough skaters to create line up

Suddenly getting not enough skaters to create lineup. Lots of guys avaialble.

I've also had this issue a few times.

The most common cause of that is having not enough forwards or defencemen in the group you have dressed (we really need to make that message more specific.) Try scratching a forward and dressing another defenceman, and if you still get the message, undo that and do the opposite.

I believe one of the issue is that by clicking "Assistant: Create Lines" the game doesn't dress players.

The message could maybe be adjusted to:
"Not enough skaters or goalies dressed. Unable to create lineup."

With these buttons available:
- Dress players then create lines
- Cancel

Current in-game logic could probably be reused.
