Idea for an OOTP utility

I am not a programmer.. so I am just throwing this idea out to you programmers out there.

Converting from OOTP3 to OOTP4.. it kept track of all the history as the html's were pretty much the same thing.

Converting from OOTP4 to OOTP5.... there is some new html's that weren't in previous versions.. so no records were kept.

New pages include:
Batter of the Year
Pitcher of the Year
Rookie of the Year
Slick Fielder
Past Leader Boards
Past Champions

My idea is.. to have a program that will either search through the old CSV's... or you would manually enter the information (name and stats) into this program... and it would automatically create the txt files needed for these new htmls. Ofcourse these txt files would match the way OOTP5 needs them to actually look like the OOTP5 htmls. Is this even possible?

You may call me a lazy bum... but... I thought of this while I was editing all the CUBL txt files so that the history would show up in the OOTP5 htmls. CUBL has only 6 previous seasons... and it took me probably 4-5 hours to do them all. I couldn't imagine doing 20+ seasons worth of history..
