Scouting Bantam Draft Players Bug?

I am playing in the WHL and even when I add players to my scouting watchlist they are not being scouted at all. It seems like the import draft players have been scouted, but any player at the bantam or high school level is not.

We had an issue with that during testing, but had fixed it. I'll take another look and see what's going on there.

Having the same issue, with an OHL team; also note that I'm not seeing any players listed in the "futures list" for any of the WHL/OHL/QMJHL in my games - it's a blank screen.
