Historical Exhibition

First I’ll start off by saying I love the game but historical exhibition tournament needs a lot of work.

For one the AI lineups are a joke. For whatever reason it absolutely hates slugging LF. The 1992 Pirates and 88 dodgers AI lineups don’t include Bonds or Gibson.

And a lot of times the AI platoon lineups are backwards. They play the LH against the lefty and play the RH batter against the RHP.

There’s also a number of bugs when you change the lineup and fill in the back ups. For example while working on the lineup against RHP I put in a back up SS, ready to play. Click play and notice a empty spot in the 2nd spot of my lineup against LHP. And it’s not like that guy was the back up SS, it almost like it affected it at random for some reason. This happens frequently.

In my opinion the AI lineups for historical teams should be default lineups the teams used in real life or the most common lineup. This is a lot work for one person but I’m sure the community would help. Or if that’s too much at least be able to save the lineups and they actually save because currently they don’t in exhibition mode.
