Win Probability chart bug?

I don't always pay a lot of attention to the win probability chart post game but this one looks like it was pretty inaccurate

The players listed, Lindor and McNeil, are they on those teams?

Yeah they are but now that I look closer the events in the graph don't appear to have happened this game.

Pina did not hit a HR according to the box score. McNeil hit a HR but not a grand slam. Jung didn't even appear in the box score.

McNeil hasn't hit a grand slam all season, but the graph credits him with one against the guy who was actually on the mound at the time.

Did you watch or play out the game?

Can you tell which info appears to be correct? The box score? Or the the graph?

I've had the game link to the wrong box score, but I didn't notice if the WP graph was correct or not.
