Database question

I’m looking to start a dynasty thread and be creative with it by creating my own nation and making it completely fictional. I was wondering if there was a way to Import nations/cities/populations etc. in order to have the game correspond with a fictional country? Af it is possible and you know how, in depth instructions would be wonderful. I am not the most tech savvy when it comes to computers. Thanks in advance

It is possible, by editing the World_default.xml file. A search on the forums will probably give you some pointers, but savviness is required.....
