WCB Rosters

Sorry if this has been asked already. Maybe I'm the only one who is having problems with this.

I am in year 2025, and I just accepted a job to GM Canada at the WCB. I selected my team, had a good list of players to build my team with. The roster submission deadline has now passed, and I notice I am the ONLY team that has a roster!

Weird I thought how the AI controlled teams never selected their rosters.

I did some looking back at my last WCB (2021 I think) and I noticed Canada won it all. Again weird I thought. Maybe they just got hot at the right time. Who knows. I wasn't controlling it or paying any attention to it.

Is what happened maybe, again no rosters were selected and "ghost" players were randomly selected to play that year? Realistically, with normal rosters, there should be zero chance Canada beats out USA, Japan, Dominican, ect.
