Is FIP a stat utilized in OOTP?

I didn't notice it. I know the formula is avaliable to do manually. I like using it for fantasy. Was just wondering if it was in the game somewhere and I was just missing it

Yes
In OOTPXX, in the player pages it's under pitching stats tab and Expanded Pitching Stats

You can also customize your views to show it.
