HELP! Game Crashes

I recently purchased a new pc and downloaded OOTP 21. I am playing on a 50" tv via hdmi. I have a smaller monitor, but I like the bigger screen. When the game starts my screen goes black. I end up having to restart my pc. Is there something i need to change to be able to play?

I was thinking of doing the same thing.

I use it for Iracing and Warzone. Figured itd be cool for OOTP too, but it seems to crash or at least go black. Not sure what I could do to fix it.
