Unable to open game; cannot even uninstall

I had issues last week with the views and filters, which I finally got straightened out. Then I noticed that the screenshots folder was not storing the screenshots (IE, when I took a screenshot and clicked open folder, it would open up the screenshots folder in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\data\screenshots" but the actual files were not there. It turns out they were in a folder called "C:\Users\grimr\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\OOT P Baseball 21\data\screenshots". So i found a file called paths and changed it to the saved games folder within the app files folder. Still didn't work. I even tried messing with the registry editor. Now I have gotten to the point where the game won't start at all, and won't even uninstall. I tried reinstalling this morning about 8 times. Can't get it to open up. I've attached the error. At a loss at this point ......

Sorry that's happening!

Even if you can't uninstall, would you check both you game directory and your documents folder and make sure that anything related to the game has been deleted from both folders. Lastly would you check your user folder for a (possibly hidden) folder. The directory should look something like this:

C:\Users\Me (or whatever your username on your pc is)\AppData\Roaming\Out of the Park Developments. Once you're in that folder, then delete the entire OOTP Baseball 21 folder.

After you do all this then restart your pc and try re-installing the game.

That might do the trick.

If it doesn't though, things might get complicated given what you mentioned about the registry and uninstall not working, and given that I'm pretty occupied right now working on OOTP22 and OOTP Go I might not be able to help here in a super timely fashion.

If you can send an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com then the tech support guys can work with you directly and hopefully get things running again for you more quickly than I might be able to here.
