If you have a team captain on a team that's been successful, is replacing him with a different captain personality more or less plug-and-play? I know they likely have a hidden rating of how "captainy" they are, but does it go deeper than that? Do they create a different sort of dynamic, or is it more along the lines of a checkbox: Captain on team?
